At Villa Perle  we are committed to healthy food, using the freshest of  local ingredients. Our food is prepared with love.

Breakfast-Included in your accommodation

Fresh watermelon juice. Tropical fruit selection. Eggs any style. Local bakery breads & croissants served with jam or honey. Tea or Kopi Bali.

Complimentary afternoon tea is served at your desired time with Balinese cake.

Dinner

We encourage family style dining, whereby dishes are served to the centre of the table. Hence, some of the dishes on our menu are offered to you as a minimum order of two people.

Prawns Villa Perle Style- Succulent local prawns prepared with fresh herbs and cooked in a spicy Balinese sauce. Served with Nasi Putih & urab.

Udang Bakar: Succulent local prawns prepared with garlic & ginger served with Nasi Puti.

Balinese Style curry: A delicious blend of aromatic Balinese Spices with coconut milk and vegetables. A choice of Chicken, fish, prawn or tofu served with Urab & Nasi Putih

A minimum order of 2 people for the above meals applies with a cost of 150,000 rp per person.

Sate Lillit Ikan or Ayam: Delicious blend of fish or chicken served on Lemongrass skewers with Urab & Nasi Putih.

Grilled fillet of local reef fish.Served with Villa Perle vegetables and Nasih Putih, or Chip potato and Salad. Garlic butter.  150,000 rp per person.

Pepes Ikan: Fish wrapped in banana leaf served with Nasi Putih, mixed Vegetables and garlic butter sauce.

 Satay Ayam: skewered chicken satay served with Nasi Putih & Peanut Sauce.

We offer the following pasta selection with the option of Spaghetti or Penne.

Spaghetti Alla Perle: Fresh tomato, rocquet, garden basil, black olives and loads of Parmigiano – Delicious! 100,000rp

Spaghetti: with fresh prawns, bacon, onion & garlic in a superb creamy sauce. 140,000rp

The Old favourite! Spaghetti alla pesto: Basil and Pinenuts ground with Olive oil brings pasta alive… 100,000rp

Our Famous Lemon tart (The only time I eat dessert!) Served with vanilla ice cream

Black rice Porridge The quintessential Balinese specialty, black rice simmered with coconut milk and topped with shredded coconut and palm sugar syrup (Pak John and Miss Heidi’s favourite!)

Apple crumble Our original family recipe perfected by Mamma! Served with vanilla ice cream.

Banana fritters! Wow. Crispy Pisang (banana) lightly battered served with coconut & palm sugar syrup… yum!

Nengah’s famous Coconut Cake served with Vanilla Ice Cream, and Palm Sugar…Heaven!
